Annual membership dues are $50.00.The membership year runs from May 1 to April 30. Complete this form only if you have never been an ILASFAA member. While we've updated our website, all past and present ILASFAA members are still in our database.

This is a multi-part application and is not complete until you reach the final invoice page. Payment can be submitted via check or online.
Not sure if you are already a member:
Go to the member log in page, select Forgot Password, and enter your email address. If your member profile exists, you will receive and email to update your credentials. Non-paid members must renew membership before access to Members Only area is granted.
New Members:
Select the 'Join Now' link from this page. Complete the membership application as instructed. You will be asked to set up your username and password during this process.
