$165 One Day Conference Registration, includes Membership
Non-Voting Members (includes lenders and vendors)
$320 Full Conference Registration, includes Membership
(If exhibiting, one full conference registration is included in your exhibitor fee)

$215 Late One Day Conference Registration, includes Membership
Non-Voting Members (includes lenders and vendors)
$370 Late Full Conference Registration, includes Membership

DEADLINE TO REGISTER:
Conference registration/membership forms must be completed on-line. Late fees will be charged for any registration submitted after March 17, 2010.
DEADLINE TO PAY:
Please note that you are not officially registered for the conference until the conference registration fee has been received. You will receive an electronic receipt when your payment is received.
A copy of your confirmation and a check made payable to ILASFAA for your membership and registration must be received prior to March 17, 2010 to not incur a late fee.
ILASFAA does not currently accept credit card payments. If you are concerned your check will not be received prior to the conference, please fax a copy of a payment request or voucher to (309) 268-7962. This will help us with check-in at the conference.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Full refunds are provided for cancellations made up through March 8, 2010, prior to 15 days before the conference. Refunds will only be provided after March 8, 2010 if extenuating circumstances apply.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS: Hotel Reservations should be made directly with the Crowne Plaza in Springfield at 217-529-7777 or online at: http://www.cpspringfield.crowneplaza.com/
Hotel room rate per night for the conference is $122.00 (be sure to use the group booking code: sfa to book the ILASFAA room rate).
